|  Throughout
the area around the Arenal Volcano are an abundance of underground
thermal springs. The temperatures in these various springs can
range from 91 to 106 degrees F.
Some of the springs are set
in a natural setting in the rainforest, and if you hike the area
they are a lot of fun to relax in before you head back.
Additionally there are some
nice hot springs that have great amenities such as restaurants
and bars around them.
Many of the hotels also take
advantage of the thermal springs to create nice pool areas.
What is great about many of
these springs is the fact that from them you have excellent views
of the Arenal Volcano.
