programs offered by Spanish Abroad. Please Note: Different
Spanish language schools have different types of academic credit
available.

Private Spanish School Options
Please read the following options carefully to
find out which one is most appropriate for you to
to study at a private language school and earn credit!
We can arrange for students to have academic credit arranged for transfer to their home University or College at select locations through Brookhaven College
The credit is arranged through 1 or 2 Spanish courses (3-8 credits) for a flat rate of $600 or 3-5 Spanish Courses (9-14 credits) for a flat rate of $800. Earn University
Spanish credit through Major US Universities
Students attending the Spanish language schools in San
Jose, Costa Rica, Quito, Ecuador, Buenos Aires, Argentina; and
Santiago, Chile; can earn academic credit through many major Universities. This credit can be transferred to all Universities. You can view details on

University of Guadalajara
Students studying at our Spanish language
programs in Guadalajara #1or their foreign student branch in Puerto Vallarta #1 (both in México)
may receive credit directly from the University of Guadalajara. Most universities around the world accept credit directly from
the University of Guadalajara.
All Other Locations
At any Spanish Abroad, Inc.
language school you may receive credit for Spanish 101, 102, and
103 through Seattle Central Community
College. Following your program you have
approx. 3 months to pass an examination at an approved site within
your area. There is no minimum program length required, however,
be realistic and give yourself at
least 3 weeks per course.

Programs
We offer Semester and Summer programs at Universities in Costa Rica, Mexico, Spain, and Chile, where students can attend a university
with local students or other foreign students. Each university is carefully selected in
order to make sure our clients receive a quality educational and
travel abroad experience.
Transferring credits becomes easier
because the universities we are working with are recognized world
wide and they are able to issue you transcripts for your studies.
In addition to language courses you can enroll and have the opportunity
to earn credits in a variety of courses including literature,

Swedish Students
Swedish students can earn academic credit through
their home University and receive financial aid through Centrala
Studiestöds Nämnden for their Spanish program in Spain.
We offer Spanish immersion programs that are authorized by CSN
for financial aid to Swedish Students in Barcelona, Sevilla, Salamanca,
Madrid, San Sebastian, Granada, Malaga, Valencia, and Nerja. Swedish students that would like to receive grant
and loan funds for their study abroad program in Spain can view
