Host
Families
Our Spanish students are placed in carefully
selected host families who typically have worked with the Spanish
language school for a number of years. Staying with a host family
provides our students a great way to learn about Ecuadorian
culture while at the same time having a great place to practice
their Spanish language skills.
Please note
that additional info (prices, activities, etc) are found to
the right of this pages. 
The vast majority of host families are located
within a 10 minute (walking) radius of the Spanish language
school.
At the host family you will receive a private
room along with a private bathroom. Depending on your preferences
you may select the 2 meal or 3 meal per day option. Additionally
you will receive laundry service once per week.
If you are traveling with a friend you can
stay with the same host family. Host families can also cater
to vegetarians and other students who are on special diets (e.g.
due to allergies), etc. Simply let us know when enrolling what
your preferences are.
Youth Hostel or Hotel Stay
If
you prefer not to stay with a host family we can help to arrange
a hostel or hotel stay for you.
Currently the Spanish language school can arrange
stays with a hostel in central Quito. The rooms are basic but
clean. In the immediate area are a variety of shops, bars, restaurants,
etc. This hostel is approximately 20 minutes by bus from the
Spanish language school.
If you prefer something nice, the Spanish language
school has an arrangment with a good hotel in the central area
of Quito. You will find the hotel to be clean with well furnished
rooms. All rooms have a private bath, cable TV and a telephone.
From the hotel to the Spanish language school it takes about
10 minutes by foot.
