CLIMATE IN PANAMA
Overall Panama has a year round mild and very
Spring like climate. Different regions of Panam do experience
variations in climate. Elevation plays a major role in the type
of climate a particular region of Panama has.

On average the temperatures in Panama will range
from the low 80's to the mid 90's (Farenheit). The coastal areas
have a higher humidity in comparison to the central mountainous
region. In the higher elevations temperatures will run in the
mid 70's (F). Depending on where you are and the amount of moisture
in the air, slightly warmer clothing may be needed.

Panama has essentially two seasons. The rainy
season runs from May through November. The dry season runs from
December through April. Most tourism occurs during the dry season.
During the dry season it is not common to see
any rain at all. In contrast, during the rainy season it is typical
to have rain each and every day. During the rainy season it is
typically sunny during the mornings and early afternoons. During
the rest of the day and evenings rainfall will be intermittent.
