Abroad, Inc. offers group Spanish program in Latin America and
Spain for a wide range of Spanish groups that would like travel
together, learn Spanish, and enjoy the full immersion experience,
as a group. We have sent many Spanish groups to Costa Rica, Mexico,
Spain and many other locations through Latin America.
Spanish Abroad Inc. understands that groups of
Spanish students have many different goals and we offer the flexibility
to incorporate Spanish classes, activities, accommodations, transportation,
volunteering and many other services that are needed to organize
the perfect program for your group.
Spanish Abroad’s experience and expertise
will provide the program that will meet the specific needs of
your Spanish group.
We offer a Standard
Spanish Abroad Group Program and a Customized
Spanish Abroad Group Program.
 Our
Standard Spanish Abroad Group Program is preferred
for Spanish groups that would like to integrate into the program
that is normally offered by the school and are represented by
our normally offered programs. Spanish group incentives are given
on these particular programs based on the number of students going.
Our Customized Spanish Abroad Group Program
is a structured program and is the preferred choice for groups
who want to have every detail of their program arranged prior
to their arrival. On the right hand side of this page (and below)
you can find customized arrangements and pricing for select locations.
The pricing includes courses, accommodations,
round trip transfer service to select international airports,
afternoon activities, excursions and other special group options
such has a welcome and farewell dinner or show.

for groups of 10 and above. For “mini” groups smaller
than 10 people, please contact a Spanish Abroad, Inc. Group Program
Specialist for discount information for your group.

Who can participate?
Spanish Abroad, Inc. provides flexibility by
offering the Standard Spanish Abroad Group Program
and Customized Spanish Abroad Group Program to
all ages ranging from high school students to the retired. We
extend our services to all academic institutions, professionals,
retired persons and associations, and any association or group
that wants to experience a group travel immersion program.
How to register?
Spanish Abroad, Inc. recommends that you register as early as
possible for any program you are interested in. During certain
times of the year, summer for example, classes fill up quickly.
By registering in advance, you can insure yourself a spot in one
of the programs Spanish Abroad, Inc. is offering. Group program
registrations are best handled by a Spanish Abroad Group Specialist
and can be arranged over the phone. Questions and concerns for
your personal group program can be addressed to a Spanish Abroad

 A
Spanish Abroad Group Specialist will register your group for the
program of your request by following either the Standard Spanish
Abroad Group Program or the Customized Spanish Abroad Group Program
format. The Standard Spanish Abroad Group program allows you to
choose your location, airport transfer options, and accommodations
If you are registering for the Customized SA Group Program you
will be customizing your whole program and a Spanish Abroad Group
Specialist will guide you through each detail of your program
and schedule activities, excursions, volunteer work, and other
details specified by your group.
Contact information and the $70 registration
fee for each member of your group will be collected at the time
of registration. The registration fee may be sent in with a check
or money order, or it can be paid by credit card over the phone.
Your Spanish Abroad Group Specialist will confirm
the program within 48 of your registration. Within 2 weeks of
registration you will receive your groups personalized information
package. This will include the invoice for the group as well as
a school information sheet, maps, and a country orientation guide
for each group member. The final payment for the balance of the
group program is to be paid by check or money order at least 30
days prior to the start of the groups program. Please read all
