Museum (Bilbao)
This
museum is a must see for any traveler in the area. The Guggenheim
Museum constructed in the mid 1990s has been hailed as a masterpiece
of 20th century architecture and houses many great works of modern
art. It is almost certain that one will be impressed by the architectural
style of the museum from the outside as well as the quality of
art displayed on the inside. Past presentations of the permanent
collection include American Pop Art, European avant-garde, and
American and European post war art. Future presentations are guaranteed
to be just as impressive.

Museum
This museum showcases paintings,
images, and ornamentation of religious art of the Diocese of San
Sebastian.

Museo San Telmo
The
first floor accommodates a good ethnographic collection and a
picturegallery of paintings from the Gothic age to the 20th century.
The second story is dedicated in its entirety to contemporary
Basque painting. Sculptures are also to be found in several parts
of the museum. Architecturally, the two most important parts of
the museum are the cloister and the church.
Naval Museum
The
Naval Museum is an exhibition of tools about traditional shipbuilding
and the history of the topological evolution of ships, ports,
trade, and navigational instruments in the Basque Country.
