Spanish Program Overview
SA Barcelona #2
Our
Barcelona Spanish school (SA
Barcelona #2) is situated in the center of Barcelona,
just a 5 minutes walk from the Plaza Catalunya, which is the central
square in Barcelona and the communications hub of the city.
The Spanish school occupies 6 floors
of a large corner building in Barcelona, which has a distinctive, triangular
shape (somewhat similar to the famous 'flat-iron' building in
New York). All of our Spanish courses are taken here.
The building dates from the beginning of last
century and has many attractive features: a very decorative street
entrance, lots of natural light, high ceilings, a marble staircase,
etc.
The Barcelona Spanish School in
Spain offers a variety of excellent Spanish programs designed
for all different levels of Spanish. Students can study both general
and specialized Spanish topics. The methodology is based on acquiring
the linguistic, pragmatic and functional aspects of language learning
along with the socio-cultural elements of the Spanish way of life.
Apart
from learning the Spanish language in Barcelona, you will probably want to
see more of Spain and to get to know more about
Spanish life and culture. Therefore SA Barcelona #2 Spanish Language
School organizes a whole range of activities. During the week
you will have the opportunity to partake in a variety of interesting
activities ranging from Flamenco lessons to intercambios with
Spaniards. During the weekends, students will also have a chance
to participate in full day excursions to different points of interest
within Andalusia.
As with many of our other Spanish schools in Spain, SA Barcelona
#2 Spanish Language School (Spain) not only provides general Spanish
language study, but can also provide specialized programs for
businesspeople, lawyers, teachers, etc. Specialized courses are
offered under a private instruction format.
