teams with thousands of crazy fans. There are three major soccer
teams in Madrid and they are Real Madrid, Atletico
de Madrid, and Rayo Vallecano.

Madrid
Arguably the best football club of the 20th Century. They play
at the famous Santiago Bernabéu stadium located near
the Paseo de Castellana and built in 1947. It has a capacity
of about 75,000 spectators.
Rayo Vallecano Soccer Team
Teresa Rivero stadium is home to the Rayo Vallecano. The
stadium has a capacity of just over 15,000 seats.
Atlético de Madrid Soccer Team
Atlético's home is the Vicente Calderon Stadium inaugurated
in 1966. The stadium seats over 55,000 spectators.
