Host Families
 Living
with a Spanish family will enable the student to see and understand
many aspects of the Spanish lifestyle getting a better knowledge
of Spanish culture, traditions, etc.
Many families have been chosen for these purpose
in order to make the stay of our students as pleasant as possible.
They will be treated and feel as part of the family. The Spanish
language school in Salamanca, Spain will always try to accommodate
our students within 10 minutes from the school. Students may choose
between single or double room as well as half board (breakfast
& dinner) or full board (breakfast, lunch & dinner).

Unless specifically required, students will typically
not be accommodated with other students who speak the same language.
In case the student is vegetarian, allergic to pets or has any
special request. The Spanish language school in Salamanca will
do its best to satisfy any need the students may have.
Student Residences
 The
Spanish school has its own residence in Salamanca. It is in the
city center, five minutes’ walk from the Plaza Mayor and
10 minutes from the school. The residence has bedrooms, double
and individual, three sitting rooms, a patio and all modern facilities.
In the residence students of all nationalities
are put together, so that the atmosphere is a mixture of cultures
where the students are enriched by acquiring experiences and anecdotes
from all over the world.
- Students must bring their own towels. The residence provides
bed linens.
- There is accommodation in the residence throughout the year.
- The accommodation option is popular so that space fills up
rapidly
- Facilities for washing clothes are included in the price.
Shared Apartments
 These
flats have a double room and 2 or 3 single rooms, a bathroom,
kitchen and sitting- room. They have central heating and hot water.
They are equipped with the necessary furniture to make your stay
pleasant and comfortable. All the bedrooms have a bed, a wardrobe,
a desk and chair, a small table and shelves. The kitchen is supplied
with all the necessary utensils (pots, pans, plates, glasses,
etc.). All flats have a washing machine and a fridge. In the sitting
room there is a large table on which to eat, a television, a sideboard
cabinet and a sofa. Students must bring their own towels. The
college provides bedclothes.
This type of accommodation also has its advantages. As they are
shared flats you will make friends quickly with other students
from the college. In a flat you will enjoy greater freedom, but
at the same time it is a big responsibility, as students must
cook, keep the flat clean and act in line with the principles
of having to live together.
Flats will be cleaned by the school minimum once a week.
Studios
These are small apartments for one or two people,
with a bedroom (single or double), a bathroom, and an American
kitchen connected to a small lounge.
If you choose this option, then you must reserve it well in advance,
as we do not have many free studios.
