de Europa
The Picos de Europa is green,
misty and rugged with a remote feel making touring and hiking
quite an adventure.
Torre Cerredo, standing close to 8700 feet tall
is the highest peak in the 500 mile long Cantabrian Mountains.
El Naranjo de Bulnes, a striking limestone cylinder with four
sheer sides is the undisputed symbol of the Picos featured in
souvenirs and post cards. The landscape dominated by limestone
offers some fantastic gorges and canyons and snowcapped peaks
that attract hikers and mountaineers from all over the country.
Madrid
Madrid
the capital city of Spain. It is centrally located and easily
accessible for most major cities. Madrid is a cosmopolitan city
offering world-class museums, architecture and a great night life.
All roads converge to the Plaza del Sol a central square from
here you can start your tour. Parque del Buen Retiro and Museo
del Prado should not be missed. It would take several days to
experience all that Madrid has to offer so if you have limited
time make sure you plan your trip in advance.
Andorra
Bordering
France and Spain is the tiny mountainous region of Andorra. It
makes for a perfect holiday with its ski slopes with lots of snow,
scenic hilly slopes for hiking, duty-free shopping, world class
spas, museums and summer festivals.
Summer
is a perfect time to explore the Andorran mountains and indulge
in a host of out door activities like fishing in the lakes, rock
climbing in the mountains, trekking, mountain bike riding, horse
riding and white water rafting.

winter Andorra becomes a ski lovers paradise. Thick snow and modern
skiing facilities and equipment attract tourists from all over
the world. Apart from skiing most other forms of snow sports are
also available. Motor sledging, snow boarding, and sled-dog racing
are a few.
