Culture and Activity Program Overview
 SA
San Sebastian #1 feels that an important part of any Spanish immersion
program is the cultural and activity program. These programs allow
Spanish students to learn and discover more about San Sebastian
and the surrounding region of Spain.
Many of the activities are included in the cost
of your Spanish language program. Others do have a small fee associated
with them. In the student break area of the Spanish language school
you will find a list of upcoming activities.
The following are just some examples of the regular
activities you can expect to participate in:
- Guided introductory tour of San Sebastian
- Visits to some of the quaint fishing villages in the area
- A guided visit to the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao
- Film nights
- Talks about local culture and current events
- Dance lessons
- Beach activities
- Intro to Basque language and culture
- Visits to local sites of interest in San Sebastian
- Participation in local fiestas

The school also helps to arrange other excursions and activities.
