Options For Your Spanish Language Immersion Program
 During
your time studying Spanish in Montevideo, Uruguay the Spanish
school has two different types of accommodations options for you,
school residence and local host family. With both options you
will receive your own keys and are free to come and go as you
please.
Spanish
School Residence
This is the most popular option for our Spanish
language students. Located on the top floor of the building, here
are 5 big bedrooms, suitable for 2 persons. One of them has its
own bathroom and the other 4 share a bathroom and toilet in the
corridor. There is a lovely terrace for communal use. There can
be a maximum of 10 students in the residence. The kitchen, living/dining
room and all other facilities have to be shared with other students
from the school. Students will receive a key, so they can go in
and out whenever they wish. Linen and towels and weekly cleaning
included. For a small fee, student clothing will be washed. Half
board can be booked as well.
Host
Families
 Living
with a family has many interesting aspects to keep in mind. It
allows you to get to know the way that people in the country really
live from the inside, as well as their customs, their cuisine,
& the way they enjoy themselves. It also allows you to practice
Spanish outside school hours. If you want to be just another member
of the family, you will need to adapt to their way of life and
respect their social norms. The Spanish language school has a
variety of families with various lifestyles which will enable
you to fit in with the one that best suits your characteristics.
